Who we are

Root to Rise was established in 2022. We are located in downtown Rock Springs on Main Street right across from the iconic yellow train and above Hallmark. We cherish our sweet location with festivities year round and being able to be a part of our community. We are truly grateful for the warm welcome to downtown and for all of the individuals and families we’re honored to work with.

Root to Rise is a small group practice offering compassionate counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We embody the belief that if we allow ourselves the space to explore and become grounded, roots will take hold; it is then that we can realize who we really are, our true potential, and discover our most beautiful confident selves!
